Corporate Sustainability Committee
TABChas established its own “Sustainable Development Code of Conduct” in accordancewith “Sustainable Development Best-Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx ListedCompanies” to help realize its sustainability roadmap and create and implementa governance framework that fosters sustainable growth. In 2021, TABC assembleda Corporate Sustainability Committee with the General Manager serving as thechair and the Deputy General Manager serving as the deputy chair, and created atask force that comprises selected managers from various departments. Thecommittee makes yearly reports to the board of directors regardingsustainability performance and future plans to more effectively respond to andimprove on issues that are of concern to stakeholders.

The Corporate Sustainability Committeeheld a total of two meetings in 2023, in which the committee members achievedan attendance rate of 94.4%. These meetings were held to discuss execution,performance, and future planning of four main issues including risk management,intellectual property management, corporate governance officer, and socialcare, and were intended to facilitate noticeable improvements in businessmanagement.
